The new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25 May 2018 and will impact every organization which holds or processes personal data.
We InBels will try our best to incorporate all the agreements with customers and partners as per GDPR compliance. We do not generally seek to collect sensitive personal data through our site. The company is undertaking additional privacy analysis to include more detailed consideration of the data types we hold. We have updated the backup plan to incorporate the latest changes as well. We have implemented 5 stages of personal data identification structure which in turn helps the organization to be more watchful about the data privacy.
Identification: Locate and identify the Personal Data residing.
Determine: Assess the data and check the impact.
Control: Purpose and control of the data type.
Accessibility: Document and reporting.
Security: Information Security and compliance to avoid any type of breaches.
